What are order delivery times?
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days. After dispatch, shipping takes around 7-9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time is 7 to 11 Business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track your order page
Do you offer shipping for free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. See more in our Shipping Policy
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing (within 15 minutes of purchase). We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed after the 15 minutes. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How long do I have to return my order?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive, inspect and then process your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your card company or bank to post the amount.
